When ordering online, via email or over the phone we are happy to deliver any online item to your desired destination. We use three transportation methods for deliveries
- International Shipments are made via FedEx. After finalizing your order and payment FedEx will be contacted to schedule a pick up for your order. Once the package has been picked up we will email you a FedEx tracking number so that you will be able to track your package. You can track your package by entering the number on the FedEx site and clicking track. Please follow the link https://www.fedex.com/
- National shipments within Greece are made via Easy Mail. Following the order completion Easy Mail will be contacted for a pick up. Again a tracking number will be issued and will be emailed or texted to you. You may track your order here https://www.easy-mail.gr/index.php/web-tracking
- For order's within Athens and only for selected locations, our network of personal Anatol drivers will deliver your order to your doorstep. In order for this to be feasible the area must be within our network reach and the customer must provide a telephone number.

- Any returned item can be exchanged with any other item except from seasonal items. Seasonal items cannot be purchased from a returning item..
- A customer may choose to get store credit in exchange for their return. Our credit lasts up to two months and must be used within that given period of time. Store credit cannot be used to purchase seasonal items.
- Cash refunds are not permitted
- Store bought products must be returned within a 15 day period from the purchase date.
- Online order's can be returned beyond the 15 day period as long as there has been an email or phone call within the 15 day period informing us of the return. A date can be set between our representative and the customer.
- All items upon return are inspected for damages or for use. We cannot accept any damaged items or any items that have been used.
- Each jewellery piece is accompanied by an exchange card, this card must be presented to the store in order for the return to be accepted.
- Online order's that are to be returned can be shipped back to us in the following address following a communication with our respresentative.
